Refund and returns policy

Made-to-order fabricated parts. Turbo kits, manifolds, downpipes, exhaust systems, inlet manifolds, plenums, flanges, and any item built to your specification or engine are made to order.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised. Once fabrication has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Stock items. Turbochargers, Haltech products, Funk Motorsport heat management, cutting jigs, clamps, and merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a returns reference.

Faulty or incorrect items. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we cover return postage.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
